Our Company presently has three Divisions. HomesofProsper.com, HomesofFrisco.com and HomesofCelina.com. Two more Divisions will be brought on line during 2010; HomesofMckinney.net and HomesofPlano.net.
Each of these Divisions offer our Clients a Buyer Rebate based on the 3% commission provided by the Seller Broker. For the Buyer of an existing home the rebate is .015% and for the Buyer of a new Builder home it is 2% of the final sales price. For instance, if the final negotiated price of an existing home was $400,000 the buyer’s share of the commission would be $6000. If the final negotiated sell price was on a new builder’s home the Buyer Rebate will be 2% or $8000.00.
Home sellers also can save big money. Instead of the normal 6% commission fee Home sellers are charged from 3% to 5% to sell their house. That could be a savings of up to $11,500 if your house sells for $350,000. And if we bring the buyer it could mean yet a smaller listing charge of 1.5% to 2.9% with a potential savings on the transaction of $17,500. There is tremendous value to being a Client of one of our Divisions.
LAND BUYERS also get a Buyers rebate which is 1% of the negotiated sells price. For instance, if the negotiated price was. $800,000 the Buyers Rebate would be $8,000. We can also work with you in choosing the Custom Builder just right to build your new Dream Home.
